Golden Bamboo Village I (GBV1):
GBV1 is a 60-unit affordable senior housing apartment complex located in Southwest Houston with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers and clinics. This beautiful complex was made possible through partnership with the Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) of the City of Houston. The project was funded in part by the City of Houston - HOME Funding Program along with many other donors and funders. At GBV1 we offer recreational activities and provide a wonderful community room for leisure and interaction with other residents.
