Golden Bamboo Village III (GBVIII):
GBVIII is a 130-unit senior housing development for Houston residents age 55 or older with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants and clinics. GBVIII offers a wonderful atmosphere for our seniors to relax and enjoy their surroundings. The site will be on the west side of Synott Rd, near the intersection of Synott and Bellaire Blvd, GBVIII has been passed by the City of Houston City Council for HOME funding and will be also funded through the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).
