Mammogram Screenings:
VN TeamWork works in collaboration with the Asian American Coalition, HOPE Clinic and Baylor Methodist Community Health Fund to help provide a free mammogram screening program conducted by our friends at the HOPE Clinic. Early detection is a key in fighting and overcoming the disease so protect yourself and loved ones by getting screened once a year.
To qualify:
· Women must be 40 years of age or older
· Low-income (need proof of income)
· Uninsured or underinsured
Application assistance available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm
