· To provide information and education to benefit the community, including seminars for legal issues, health issues, voter registration, and candidates forums.
· To provide bilingual training in computer literacy, CPR & First Aid, English as a Second Language (ESL), and income tax preparation for volunteers.
· To provide social services including health programs, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, and lunch for the homeless program.
· To promote understanding between Vietnamese-Americans and other communities, and among the different generations of Vietnamese-Americans. |
